They have some sort of system which updates you with emails every step of the process so you never have to wonder if you've missed something, or that they have forgotten about you.

So after moving to Boise and briefly attempting to deal with mortgage related issues with local folks supposedly in the same business as Joel (they were clueless), I decided I would continue to work with Joel from a distance of over 1,500 miles away. Made me realize he was and is the best. Always has good advice, never says that's not possible, and doesn't blow smoke up your butt.
